Entry requirements: Initial assessment of skills in English, Mathematics and ICT 

Learners will cover the following: 

Understanding the roles, responsibilities and relationships in education and training. 
The knowledge to be able to deliver education and training to individuals and/or groups in an environment/subject, in which they are technically competent. 
Understanding and supporting the process of assessment.

Learners must complete the one mandatory unit (3 credits) and an additional 9 credits from the optional units (6 credits from Group B and 3 credits from Group C)
