Les Mills Body Balance is a modern take on yoga with elements of Tai Chi and Pilates, set to music. It is great for improving your strength, flexibility and balance. 


Pilates is a low-intensity mat based workout which is great for strengthening, toning and increasing your flexibility. This class focuses on core strength and posture. 


Yoga is a low-impact workout, connecting the mind and body, using physical postures to improve strength and flexibility. Yoga incorporates breathing exercises and meditation to improve your health and wellbeing. 


An 8 week training progamme to help you improve your health and fitness. The sessions consist of group training and an educational talk about nutrition, sleep, wellness and more.
