The Level 2 Certificate in Fitness Coaching (previously known as Gym Instructing) is the ideal starting point for a career in the fitness industry. This course will qualify you to work as a fitness coach, teaching you the essential skills and knowledge to confidently design and deliver safe, effective workout sessions for clients. You will learn how to coach and support clients in and outside of gym settings, encourage healthy lifestyle habits and behaviour change, use digital tools to motivate and track progress and create inclusive, engaging environments for all members.
