Our retreats and wellness days are thoughtfully designed to offer space to pause, reset and reconnect. Each experience invites you to step away from daily demands and focus on your wellbeing in a supportive, nurturing environment. 
 
Every retreat and wellness day is unique, yet all share a common intention: to create meaningful moments of calm, clarity and renewal. 

Floating Sound Baths 

Experience deep relaxation as you float effortlessly on warm water, surrounded by gentle waves of sound. In our floating sound baths, calming vibrations from crystal singing bowls and chimes move through both the air and the water, allowing your body to absorb the sound on a cellular level. 

Reiki 

Reiki is a gentle, hands-on (or hands-off) energy healing practice that supports relaxation, balance and overall wellbeing. During the experience, our practioner channels calming, restorative energy to help release stress, clear energetic blockages and encourage the body's natural healing processes. 

Wellness Days 

Through mindful practices, calming activities and intentional rest, participants are invited to step away from daily demands and focus on self-care in a supportive, welcoming environment. Whether you're seeking relaxation, inspiration or a moment to reset, our wellness days provide space to recharge and reconnect with yourself. 

Workshops 

In our workshops, participants will explore fundamentals principles alongside guided sequences that encourage proper alignment, core engagement and balanced movement. Whether you're looking to refine your practice, learn new tools, or simply enjoy mindful movement, our workshops provide an opportunity to move with intention and leave you feeling energised, grounded and refreshed. 

Wellness Walks 

Designed for all fitness levels, our wellness walks support physical wellbeing, mental clarity and stress reduction. Along the way, you may be guided through moments of conscious breathing, grounding or quiet reflection, allowing the walk to become a moving meditation rather than a workshop. 
 
Come as you are, move at your own pace and leave feeling refreshed, centered and uplifted. 

Venue Hire 

Our Yoga & Pilates Studio is a calm, light-filled space available for hire, ideal for classes, workshops, private sessions, wellness events and small gatherings. With a serene atmosphere and thoughtful layout, the studio adapts easily to a variety of teaching styles and group sizes.

Reiki-Infused Floating Sound Bath Retreat 

As gentle Reiki energy flows, you’ll effortlessly float with subtle buoyancy, enveloped by healing vibrations from crystal bowls and chimes. Designed to promote relaxation, stress relief and overall wellbeing, this immersive experience invites you to unwind and reconnect.

Yoga - Root Chakra Workshop 

Through a combination of slow, grounding yoga flows, breath work and guided meditation, you’ll be invited to reconnect with your body and the present moment. Expect gentle yet powerful movements focused on the legs, hips and lower spine, helping you build strength, release tension and cultivate a sense of inner stability. 
 
We’ll also incorporate mindfulness techniques and reflection exercises to help you reduce anxiety and deepen your connection to yourself and the world around you.

Menopause Education & Wellness Retreat 

This carefully curated retreat blends expert-led education with deeply relaxing wellness experiences, creating the perfect balance of knowledge and self-care. This event includes: 
 
- 2 hour workshop led by UK’s leading menopause nurse, Tracey Dennison 
- Gentle yoga, meditation and breath work 
- Nourishing lunch 
- Floating sound bath, enhanced with reiki and an Indian head massage
