Strength and Mobility
Evidenced-based flexibility and strength training aimed at building functional range of motion for greater joint health, muscle tone and freedom of movement.

Aqua
Aqua fit is a form of aerobic exercise performed in water. Helps to build strength, stamina and cardiovascular health, whilst being low impact for the joints. Supports health fitness and wellness. Designed to suit all abilities.

Vinyasa Yoga
Flow from pose to pose in this dynamic yoga class, synchronising your breath with movement. Vinyasa Yoga helps reduce stress, improve cardiovascular fitness, and increase flexibility.
